OSIPP has a Network Center dedicated to OSIPP students as well as a number of Graduate Student Rooms and study areas within the OSIPP Building.
OSIPP Library supports students and researchers with comprehensive library materials such as books, encyclopedias, reference materials, and so on that pertain to law, economics, and political sciences, as well as databases and e-journals. There are also a Staff Members’ Section – Publications, offprints of articles, excerpts of journal articles, and so on written by OSIPP teaching staff; Class Reference Materials Section – Books/materials that OSIPP teaching staff want their students to read; and Human Peace and Collective Security Section – Materials pertaining to peace and security, particularly in Southeast Asia and Africa. There are also magazines and newspapers and master’s and doctoral theses.
OSIPP Global Community Office
Osaka School of International Public Policy (OSIPP) has a Global Community Office. We support International as well as Japanese Students to create an inclusive learning community and respond to various needs of OSIPP students.
Kibo no Heya(きぼうのへや)
“Kibo no Heya”is the nursing room on the 3rd floor of the OSIPP building for use by OSIPP students, faculty and staff with infants under 3 years old.
If you wish to use this room, please contact the OSIPP Library in advance. Please note that there are chairs for small children to sit on in the private women’s restroom near this room, and there is also a diaper changing table.

International Public Policy Studies (Peer-Reviewed Journal)
The purpose of this association shall be to contribute to the development of international public policy studies through promoting intellectual exchange among association members in relation to international public policy among association members as well as supporting research education in Osaka School of International Public Policy, Osaka University.
