English Presentation Workshop organized by OSIPP’s Global Community Office, to take place from February to March 2022 (OSIPP Students Only)

The Workshop begins with a lecture (one conducted in Japanese and the same one in English) introducing the basic concepts and the essential skills of presenting in English. Following this lecture, each student will then attend small group sessions approximately 3- or 4-times during March. In the small group sessions, students work on their own short presentations working though skills that they need step-by-step. Following the workshops, we hope students apply these skills not only in the academic field but also in job hunting, internships and future workplace settings.

There are A and B sessions scheduled for each day. Session A runs from 13:00-14:30 and Session B runs from 14:50-16:20. A maximum of 3 students may attend each session.
Students can select three or four sessions from the dates below and they will be notified later about their availability.

- The main Lecture and sessions are scheduled to be held person-to-person, in the classroom. (Depending on the COVID-19 situation, it might be changed to online, ZOOM classes).
- In some cases, an attendee may be allowed to attend online via ZOOM. (We do not offer on-demand classes; classes are not recorded.)
- If you need to attend by the online method, please state this in the last Question of the Application Form.
＊ The dates and the number of attendees for the small group sessions are limited. This means that there can no guarantee that your selected dates will be available.
